Position: System Monitoring Engineer

We are looking for Application Performance Management (APM) professional to work on our Federal project. We are hiring immediately;

Duration: 6+ Months (No Remote)

VISA Status:

• Green-card or valid US Work Permit, 2+ years of US stay is a MUST

Job responsibilities:

• Manages, configures and maintains Splunk, AppDynamics, Sitescope, and other APM tools
• Development of dashboards, SLA Reports and custom end-user reports.
• Provide support in developing and designing Synthetic Availability Monitoring which integrates to Splunk, HP s Site Scope, Python and Selenium
• Provide performance analysis on load testing and regression testing data
• Provide analysis in the Application Event using Splunk
• Instrument and perform Java/JVM s Performance analysis
• Triage service delays and applications reliability issues hosted on AWS cloud

Required Skills:

• 8+ years strong IT experience and good working knowledge of a variety of technology platforms
• 5+ years hands-on experience on Application Performance Management (APM) Engineer
• 3+ years Hands-on experience on design, engineering and Synthetic Availability Monitoring using Sitescope, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge with performance data analysis, performance tuning, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, PowerShell scripting, regular expressions is preferable
